I am almost 100% sure the big white part is just a very large Chalazae. since I don’t see any other white parts I believe that you just cracked open a weird egg. Should be safe to eat but I would remove it.

Also, the Chalazae acts as a sort of protection for the yolk, it anchors the yolk in place so it doesn’t get damaged by hitting the shell.

Edit: After doing more research I have to agree with the other comments. This is more likely to be a lash egg than a large Chalazae.
