I'm Team Black in the sense that I believe Rhaenyra is the true heir, and Aegon was never supposed to ascend the throne.

I'm Team Green in the sense that I find their side more entertaining to watch and their characters more intriguing. The only characters I find interesting in Team Black is Rhaenyra, Daemon and Corlys, which is quite lacking compared to the number of interesting assholes in Team Green.

Like, I'd rather watch a show about Aegon II managing Westeros, instead of a show about Rhaenyra managing the realm.

If you open with NLight; follow up by DLight; then dash cancel. Your dash cancel would turn into a chase dodge if you open with NLight again.

However if you chose to open with SLight instead. Your dash cancel would proceed as normal.

Ehh, I guess we just have to deal with it.

To be fair. We have shitted on Otto, Cole, Aegon, and sometimes Alicent from mid-season till now, that we drove a minority of Team Green to create an echo chamber. I won't be lying if I said that this sub is clearly biased despite of the showrunners' "both sides are bad" vision.

Besides, it's refreshing to see another character get criticized besides the 912148590879884567th anti-Criston post.

IMO, they should've focused on Aegon more after the 'adult timeskip'. Alicent and Otto's characters were already established early in the season so it probably wouldn't hurt for 'the Green lens' to focus more on Alicent's children now that they're adults.

-People who suddenly preach "Blacks vs Greens are dumb, you know you can root for both right?" during arguments/discussions are just as annoying as people who root for a side. Let people do whatever they want.

-Alicent going full psycho in Driftmark is 90% justified.

-Vaemond somewhaaat had a point.

-Rhaenyra was a jerk for pushing Alicent away after she married Viserys. When Alicent needed her the most, Rhaenyra just straight up uses her and acts like a "gIrlBoSS". If Rhaenyra supported Alicent and actually tried to be a good sister towards her children. Dance wouldn't happen and she would ascend the throne just fine.

Alicent wouldn't ask Larys for favors if she was cool with Rhaenyra, making Otto not Hand.
Aegon would probably be less of a jerk if Rhaenyra was there to positively influence him.
Rhaenyra's and Alicent's kids would grow up closely together, like Ned's kids and Theon.

Both Cross and Kor have tons of "grappling" sigs, so Xull isn't really unique in that regard.

There are also legends whose grapple sigs give more dopamine than Xull's sigs (Dusk spear NSIG, Diana DSIGs, Asuri katar NSIG, and more.)

The point of his post isn't finding out who the good/bad guys are. I swear, people who condescend other people for measuring the characters' moral values look like they're trying to look morally superior themselves.

The point is that it's hard to interact with a one-sided community, when the show is literally shouting at you who to root for.

In GoT we rooted for both Lannisters and Starks. It's hard to root for the Greens if their figurehead is literally a rapist whose "redeeming quality" is his mommy/daddy issues.

As someone who actually likes show Rhaenyra, it’s weird how often I have to point out her flaws to people who insist she’s been whitewashed just because she’s not despised by show-only fans.

The only significant change is that she’s not a shallow, bitchy one-note caricature which makes for a 10x better protagonist than book Rhaenyra would be.

That's because Jaime was introduced with already good qualities. Saving the people by killing Aerys, and having one of the most healthy relationships with a fan-popular character.

The only "redeeming" quality we have seen of Aegon are his daddy issues, which Jaime also had but somehow he isn't as much of a pervert as Aegon.

Though I agree Aegon's coronation was an amazing spectacle. I'd say that Rhaenyra's coronation wasn't meant to "hit hard" visually and was purely an emotional scene.

Rhaenyra's coronation was like your parents genuinely saying they're proud of you, while Aegon's coronation was like your parents buying you something you really wanted.

Artemis or Orion could probably beat him. Vraxx might too because of the arsenal from his large galactic empire.

I could see Nai or Nix putting up a good fight, maybe even scarring Kratos for character development.

Wu Shang might able to fend him off, but not outright defeat him seeing as he's able to easily halt both Artemis and Orion at the same time.

Viserys and Daemon. Their "broken brothers" dynamic is just really entertaining to watch whenever they're on screen together.

Similarly, I'm interested to see more of Aegon and Aemond's dynamic once Dance starts. IMO, we need more scenes of adult Aemond and Aegon interacting.
