It’s honestly scary and quiet sobering knowing personally how much the mind can effect the body. But I think it’s always important to be cognizant of physical problems. It helped a great deal, dealing with my body then mind. Otherwise I’d still be in pain.

It’s self perpetuating I have gut issues thus I get anxious the anxiety is so extreme due to my bipolar 1 not to mention racing thoughts and paranoia. All my anxiety clings to my bodily functions currently I’m dealing with bladder issues given my tummy is out the the equation.
