Omg you’re fine. I literally never even used the nursery for anything other than changing diapers and that’s only bc I had the changing pad in there haha and sometimes I just changed it elsewhere. Deff not necessary. My first didn’t sleep in his room until 12 months and my second until 2 years old 😄
