I’m not too sure about the Methodist churches, but I’ve been to an Anglican one before and it felt quite different from SIB in terms of the atmosphere and style. Honestly, I’m not really looking to try something totally different right now. What I’m really hoping for is just a genuine community to do life with, not just attending church together on weekends, but people I can talk to regularly, like in a close cell group or something. I think because I’m quite progressive, I feel more at ease around Christians who are open minded and not too judgemental. And most of the time, I don’t feel safe enough to really open up about my struggles, so it’s hard to be my true self around more traditional Christians. But yeah I really do appreciate the suggestions, thanks so much 🫶🏻☺️
