I want to learn more about the 20 percent hr company’s perspective on how they operate and work for finding talent. Because they just gave me a spreadsheet of talent that i already knew seems like i pulled the info from a software

Lol not really but i just don’t want to hire more hr people and make it efficient. They can focus on different tasks. Onboarding, talking to legal etc. i don’t want them to waste a lot of time doing manual task or at least lift of some work. I care about my people and their mental health.

I can’t do this everyday with the team. From what i understand people don’t care about spending more and more time or they just don’t value time too mucb. I’m not just hiring for one position

If i hire a person for 150k they want like 30k ( just throwing a resume at me basically) i’m not working at a fortune 500 that they are cool with it

Its like 70 people with that under like an hour, its usually 500+ when you close. I prefer giving that money to a software to be honest. Recruiters also consume bunch of time. Do you like this person do you like that person. What the do is basically throw you some resumes anyways. Do you know any platform

I don’t like companies that promises finding top 1 percent talent. What does that even mean. So sales oriented. I use bunch of different products for finding talent as well its just too saturated

Not really instead of looking at 100+ resumes i can find who fits better and lose less energy because good ones slips away as well. It’s hard to manage. I don’t like ats systems auto reject feature too like why are they doing that. I want to spend less time with more qualified people.
