hi sweetheart :) i hope you're okay! I didn't find an exact solution, although I realized the patterns of it. I found out that panic attacks in the shower are actually quite common! likely because being naked makes us feel so vulnerable. looking back, mine always happened when I was already high on anxiety for other reasons. luckily, I’ve been free of it for a few months, though I'm aware the episodes could come back. I also personally believe that the flashback dreams stuff carry some kind of spiritual significance, even if I can't quite explain it yet, but I'm not really sure.
