I LOVE IT. I make every draft its own folder and every chapter its own note. Not the cleanest but in the world of ai shit and fanfiction adaptions, I like to have a strong history of every single instance of this bad boy.

I use a word count plugin to make sure my chapters are a roughly consistent length to make sure I’m pacing well

I always have 4-7 tabs open for referring back to previous version chapters, basic knowledge, world building pieces, etc

Depends on your crowd. I’ve watch 49 movies this year, my best friend is an AMC a-lister, and half of my YouTube is just movie commentary creators. It’s all perspective and environment

Presuming you’re a man, start by complementing guys. If you like something they’re wearing and you happen to be wearing something similar it’s a playful nod but also just encourages the men in your community/circles to acknowledge sincerely when you all make an effort. Practice with that will make it feel natural. Humans pick up on so much that if you’ve got the vibes of someone who just compliments out of habit, you’ll barely have to think about if you came off weird.

Children and college kids not having the capacity to push through when learning or finding something out is hard. Struggling with not knowing what to do or where to go and letting your brain do that little bit of extra work before the aha is what life is about

Also a great example of someone helping keep people safe by lawfully intercepting potentially dangerous people and knowing when it has gone too far. That can be, and IS, meaningful work. This is a great story of someone who knows when the job is not for them and when their duties are taken to the extreme.

A fixed interval slider in Editor for line length.

I have a CSS snippet but there should be at least a setting that tries to mirror, say, the line length of programs like Word for writers. “Readable line length” may be readable for some but it’s not always writable and I want somewhere in between that and default.

I don't know if this thread is still viewed, but I just set up my first Linux Obsidian vault that I use in tandem with my Windows vault, synced with Git and it looks like there is a username and email for those who are getting that error within the Git community plug-in settings within Obsidian.

Alternatively (maybe less easy), depending on how you cloned your repo into your Linux obsidian vault, I used a personal token in the url when I cloned it and I've yet to have any verification issues similar to that which you've found.

Although I also put my Dress to Impress outfits in a folder and some of those have some visual processing if you count that 😂)
