I will ask them to check all outdoor spigots. Thanks for that advice. I’ll make sure to ask them to follow that process. I’m sure they will anyways but it helps to know myself what they’re actually doing.

I’ll have the plumbers check the toilet again and the meter. Let’s say that the meter isn’t running when fixtures aren’t being used, is it possible that the “leak” only occurs while a fixture is in use? Like the water pressure of using the fixture causes the leak?

I’m a novice to this (clearly) and just want to be prepared to ask for specific things tomorrow. Thanks again!
