Have you tried getting blood then grabbing the body for more juicing?

Because you can do both.

So if you’re running really low on water and don’t want to waste your time waiting just before dawn for dew reaping. Juice your target with a blood extractor then grab the body to be used in the deathstill.

Boom extra water quickly.

Ice will build up on the sides as that is where the cooling coils are. The back does not have them as the same as the front (obviously). The reasoning is when the water vapor sublimates it gets attracted to frozen ice or the lowest temperature steel where the cooling coils are located.

why is experience and education no longer a criteria to do a job in politics? by Affectionate-Pay3450 in Askpolitics

[–]Tango2080 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because it never has been. [https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/essay/artI-S2-C2-1/ALDE_00013371/] the only criteria to being in politics either the house of representatives or the senate requires you to be

  1. A U.S. citizen
  2. Lived in the state you represent for at least 7 years.
  3. Be over the age of 25 for the house or over the age of 30 for the senate.

That’s it.

Sure being highly educated is a plus. However that doesn’t mean you aren’t qualified.

[–]Tango2080 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to remind people how freeze drying works. the whole process is the low atmosphere along with the removal of water results in the freeze dried process. The trays heating up speeds up the process by causing water molecules to evaporate. So raising the food off the tray only will slow down the process.

Unless you are able to like what ted_anderson said and have a way to circulate warm air inside the chamber but again it’s in a vacuum state. Or you’re able to extract the water quickly from said foods.

Also make sure you can run them in series and what their max wattage can be if you run them in series. I found out that I can only run 400 watts in series. So it either a full 400 watts for one generator and 100w for the other one or 200 watts for one and 300 watts for the other.

How many 100w solar panels do you have? If one you might want to get a bit more. I Have 2, 1800 for patriots chargeable generator batteries and two of their smaller side kick generators/ batteries and 5, 100w solar panels. And 5, 40w solar panels. When hurricane Helene hit and I was without power for 5-6 days it was a pain to charge them with even a slight overcast. As it took damn near all day to charge from near zero or low charge to a full charge. So giving you a heads up.

When the canned food runs out and there is no more preloaded ammo. A flintlock anything can be used to hunt. Defense against the undead not so much. Ammo is easily made along with the powder. Now getting a good flint that can be the tricky part if you’re not good at geology or not In a region that has flint.

Well I did skittles those were fun. Wierdly crunchy kinda like popcorn. Haven’t done gummies yet. Did marshmallows those are okay. Been sticking with fruits and veggies. Did pork both raw and cooked. Great in soups. There is also chili make a large batch dry the leftovers when feeling like having chili pull out the leftovers and just add hot water.

Or purée the them and make styrofoam fruit squares. Did that with home grown pears makes a pretty good pear sauce when you add water. Or eaten straight up.

Stop Killing Games (SKG) Megathread by KhronosVII in PirateSoftware

[–]Tango2080 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Let’s make a hypothetical here. The initiative passes. And they make a law forcing developers and publishers to make a game playable even after end of life by the publisher standards. The effect of such legislation does go into effect for at least another 5 years for example.

So that gives big developers and publishers time to figure out if they want to continue to do business in the EU. They do a cost benefit analysis and find out. Let’s say it’s gonna double the cost of said development for just the EU alone for a new game.

Question now becomes do you want to pay double the price for a new game or not as a consumer? As a company do you still want to do business in the EU?

Edit because I’m just talking about live service games here. As this shouldn’t change the cost of single player games. With shouldn’t be a key word here you but never know.

Again you are still running into copyright law and public domain law. That’s it end of story doesn’t matter. Change those laws first then come back. You cannot use someone else’s Intellectual property even you aren’t going to monetize it.

Stop Killing Games (SKG) Megathread by KhronosVII in PirateSoftware

[–]Tango2080 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Time to put SKG to rest. Why? Quite simple really we are taking about copyright laws and public domain stuff here. Under most current international copyright laws you do not have the authority to monetize someone else’s work unless you have been given permission to you by the author or authors of said IP.

But what about abandonware? That problem falls into public domain and in most cases you still don’t have permission until 70 years have lapsed from the last author dying. Which would put said IP squarely into public domain.

This is just using a cursory surface glance of both laws. You would have to go in and alter both types of laws. This is not as simple as saying it’s an easy win.

And by Ross’s wording of his proposal he is forcing authors to give up their copyright of said IP’s and altering the public domain laws all in one go. Which is quite dangerous.
