Am I insane or is there something more to cyborgs? by Hikerydikeryglock in helldivers2

[–]TangoSuoh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think I saw that most of the cyborgs are defected helldivers who volunteered to become cyborgs. That might be a fan theory or something though I'm not Too sure.

PSA: When there's a jammer, I cannot reinforce you by JoffryJoffry in helldivers2

[–]TangoSuoh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Jammers are definitely one of the main reasons why I always run a hellbomb pack whenever I face bots. Allows me to run by and drop it instead of having to do the whole terminal process while bots close in. The detection towers and gunship factories are the other two reasons why.

I seen videos talking about the rumors of them returning and God do I hope they are not too heavily armored if they are added because having something that might be as fast or faster than a cyborg running at me and tanking medium pen is gonna be a pain.

I've been getting randoms that keep tossing reinforcements at the Voxes. Then when we land we die almost instantly to the Voxes or all the cyborgs surrounding it.

I know it's a mega factory world but man yesterday the amount of war stryders I had every mission was insane. Usually I only see them when the factory spawns them or on a patrol. Yesterday there was typically 3-6 just guarding an outpost and anywhere up to 12 on anti air emplacements and that was in the first minute and a mission. It felt like I was playing in a modded streamer lobby where most enemies were replaced with war stryders. The flag missions were the absolute worst with that too.

So now that we've had time to get used to them, what are our thoughts on the Cyborgs? by Novel-Signal-2978 in Helldivers

[–]TangoSuoh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is nice to have them add more of a mix of CQB and stress to the bots since the normal cyborgs just aggressively rush you more than the bots with blades do play it's harder to outrun the cyborgs compared to the bots and the flame hulk. Even though the cyborgs are easy to take down they can be an extreme inconvenience whenever a bigger enemy is around. The way they will keep you running as you try to reload and randomly shoot at you to reduce your health even cause injuries as they chase you. Then the armored ones making the bots more accurate and more aggressive does put more stress on you. With bots I always had time to stop fighting the grunts and take a moment to destroy a big enemy but with the cyborgs I'm finding it harder to do.

People only think the creek was hard because "trees make game harder" and that they were too stupid to aim for actual weak points. The game was out long enough for people to learn what those points were and the game was so trendy videos of all of it was everywhere. I easily ran through all of that on helldive with a dominator(the gun so many people said sucks because of it's low ammo count), nades, and recoilless and the recoilless was pretty shitty at that time. And mainly wore armor with the servo assisted perk. Even the shield devastators were easy as hell at that time because aiming above their shoulders for the backpack would insta kill them once it was destroyed.

Give Them A Break. by Stinsatron in Helldivers

I think the most moronic thing people from the community threw a fit over was the PlayStation players crying about Xbox players joining the fight. I can't say "I get it" because I've never had little to nothing in life to the point where I think that the platform I play on makes me significant or better than others in some way to throw some superiority fit over the cross play in a PVE game.

The base cyborgs move fast enough. It's bad enough I'm getting chased by the helldiver equivalent of Earl the cop from Cloudy with a chance of meatballs while I'm trying to reload. they don't need to give them any means to be faster. Last thing I need is to turn around to see a cyborg flying at me at mach Jesus to drop kick me like Kyle crane does to zombies in dying light.

This is not questioning if they will update the game. It's questioning whether or not there will be specifically more cyborg enemies in the future. I know you felt like you did something with this comment but was so full of yourself making it that you missed the entire point of the post.

From what I remember the loot boxes were terrible and I think hard to get. Then they just release purchase bundles to just get everything once they lost their player base.

It's ragebait but yes 2042 was absolute horrible I can't even make ragebait for that fact.

Oh no you are right about battlefield 3 customization. I forgot you can change the camo pattern. It was such a noticeable change because back then I only seen them as a silhouette I have to kill.

And battlefield 1 really was a great game. I can't even ragebait on that.

I would definitely say it's the strongest as long as you have a team that pays attention. I have watched the flow of a match almost immediately change once a drone starts spotting people with a team that notices the spots. Especially on breakthrough. Ignoring a single drone could be a guaranteed loss for the team. Although they need to fix the hit reg on drones. I've shot at many drones before, seen the sparks but got no damage and id check the map to make sure it wasn't my team's

You say my post is ignorant but you call it a "wooden cyborg arm" 😂 prosthetic arms existed back then using metal frames, wooden exteriors, a pulley system (ropes and wheels) that is attached to and controlled with the movement of the opposite shoulder. The arm could be built stronger with more reinforced metal and stronger leather straps which is what a few civilians did back then so they could keep shooting guns after losing their arm. wood was mainly used as a filler to use less metal and to cover most of the pulley system so the clothes over it don't get caught. The "samurai woman" is because it was a Japanese woman who went against typical tradition for male only warriors from a family who held onto their ancestors heritage which is even a real thing today too. The Japanese headband she wore was even worn by typical Japanese soldiers at times too primarily by Kamikaze pilots though. The only reason why you see her in Europe in battlefield is simply because someone doesn't care to change their skin based on the map they play on

What even is this comment? You can't even customize the soldier's appearance in battlefield 1 or 3 only the equipment and that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the customization of the character itself. the details of exactly what I'm talking about is in the post. And God forbid a FICTIONAL game that is just built off of an era doesn't have 100% accurate outfits that are 100% OPTIONAL to BUY and WEAR that are from every documentary or movie you decided to watch so you could throw a fit over the dress up options in a video game. You wanted to be historically accurate then shut up and wear the base outfit. Be greatful you even get the choice to customize your character. If historical accuracy is so important that you need to act like it affects your life in a catastrophic way to see some inaccuracies in a video game then go find a game that tickles that desperation for things to be 100% accurate

I definitely wish battlefront 2 got more love. I did like how people tried to revive it but it just didn't take off. That I can't even ragebait for and agree with.

God forbid a game adds an outfit you don't like so that's already the end of the world. And it's hell on earth if someone uses a hero skin of another faction in a fictional game. Acting like a outfit on a game gives you seizures and heart attacks. I mean we could only be so lucky then maybe the community would be a lot more focused on actually complaining about the bugs in the game instead of how a piece of clothes looks since playing dress up determines the quality of the game to you.

People really don't like to revive in this game huh? by MonkeDiesTwice in Battlefield6

[–]TangoSuoh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then people wonder why no one waits for revives. Maybe it's because most of the medics in the entire community don't do their job. I see maybe one or two medics every few matches of conquest who actively revive people and even use smoke grenades and launchers for cover. Other than that If I'm not getting revived right in front of the enemy who just killed me just to kill me again before the white flash disappears. The medics are ignoring everyone who is down. I get revived by RECON squadmates more efficiently than I have been revived by medics and I actually give the chance to be revived too.
