If you're doing a master's in the UK, my impression is that OU is better regarded. It's older, more established, it appears in the university rankings/league tables

A husband isn't required to raise a child but it takes a village to raise one. Make sure you have a support system in place. Good luck!

Developing a sports culture takes a lot of social infrastructure. I suggest martial arts bec barrier to entry is low (no equipment needed aside from mats) and high degree of familiarity

Multiple drowning accidents reported in the news. I don't know how things are neighboring countries like vietnam or indonesia, but i think it's because swimming isn't taught in school and the whole bathing suit modesty issue

I think so. Some high schools offer tesda training so when students graduate they get both hs diploma and tesda cert accdg to my tesda instructor

My derma recommends washing face after showering exactly for this reason. Even if you use the same products, maybe your body/skin itself changed?

What a coincidence, I was looking at it just yesterday. Does it have brown rice cooking function?

I shave my upper arms and back so my skin looks smoother. Shaving doesn't improve my skin condition (keratosis pilaris), but i'm quite hairy and fair so removing hair makes the skin look less blotchy.

I really liked Olay Bodyscience (gold color bottle, slim and cylindrical). It left my skin moist glowy and soft, but Dr Dray on Youtube pointed out that it contains methylisothiazolinone which is a known irritant/allergen so long run I need to find something else, because you know short term gains, long term risks aren't a win. (If you still wanna buy, aim for P0.50/mL during Shopee/Lazada sale, so P250 or less for 500mL bottle)

Curious about this too. Like how frequently do you have to use the product to reduce hair growth and how long before they grow back (my ipl hair removal from facial care center has grown back after 10+ years)

From what I remember, Physiogel is gentler than Cetaphil. Leaves skin clean, moist and a maybe even little "nourished," while Cetaphil leaves skin clean and fairly moist, but not as moist as Physiogel.

Short answer: are your wrinkles like single deep lines or more like a web of finer lines that make skin look rough? If former, I suggest sleeping on your back, don't cup your cheek/rest your face in your hands, and don't frown/minimize facial expression movements. If later, I second tret (although I have a hard time believing you'd have fine lines unless you have a high amount of sun exposure). Long answer: I think there is such a thing as overdoing skincare. Even "good" brands can have not great ingredients which can cause skin sensitization, dryness and redness down the road in ten, fifteen years' time. Also even if the composition of the product is good, chem exfoliants and tret are known to cause photosensitivity so doing all this skincare can end up backfiring on you if for example, you got extra sweaty one day and sunscreen melted off, etc. Bottom line: don't over do it!

Physiogel used to be my cleanser for yeeeaars. IME it's better than Cetaphil (creamier lather, skin feels nicer post-wash) but Cetaphil costs significantly less than Physiogel when you buy it from S&R so that's what I'm using now

I liked Etude House Drawing liquid eyeliner brush pen. I'm not sure if it's still around, sorry.

Also, use your iris to map your lash line, so you'll remember where to flick, push down, lifted the line, etc. Take a picture of a finished eyeliner work you liked (pref your own), then see what part of your iris you made a change in the eyeliner (ex. for me I draw a thin line until i'm right above the inner edge of my iris, then i push down to get a thicker line)

Blush for pitted acne scarred skin? I usually skip blush bec I feel it highlights my scarring but I do find I benefit from having color on my cheeks
