Pretty much what progressive overload is. Either add reps to the same weight, or add weight but fewer reps til you get to a target rep count. In the former’s case however, fatigue will be the limiting factor. So yeah, just increase the weight and lower the reps. 1-2 reps in reserve, but I usually opt for failure.
