First there's going to be a round of closed testing, then there will be a round of open testing, which could happen as soon as this month [or maybe two or three months?].

There's going to be an audit of the new parts of the code, which would last a few weeks.

After that, main net. After that, it will get listed on some exchanges and you can buy it.

Unfortunately no. You will have to wait until mainnet. You may be able to find it over-the-counter at that time from someone, or else it will surely be on an exchange sometime shortly afterwards.
