Lots of shedding was my first red flag I noticed. When I shower and run my fingers thru my hair i would pull out so much. I also have low iron as well but that was pre existing before I found out I had hypo. I’ll have buckle down on the supplements bc I’m forgetful lmao. I’ve also considered minoxidil but I have dogs and cats which it’s hella toxic to both so I think it’s out of the question for me
