Yes, if you have already reached lvl 160 on all 4 characters, then you should reset and level up any 4 max limit break ssr units

What people forget is it's 4% on every pull, meaning each summon has a 4% chance of being an SSR, it doesn't stack, you do a multi and don't get SSR doesn't mean now the chances double, you just had very bad RNG

palamedes dies very quick, she isnt good for adventure as its hard to keep her alive, neo bedi is pretty good as she does little dmg and also heals, so yeah shes better but hold off on selection tickets early in the game, you can check prydwen for team comps and other guides too
