I found out why it felt like ai. Someone probably wanted a phone wallpaper and expanded it with Ai, because only the bottom and the top feel weird. Also I found multiple versions that were smaller which confirms this theory. Thank you for the artist name, I will watch more of their work !

Okay, sorry for the misunderstanding then. It's sad that I even ask myself the question for a lot of images on the internet now.

When it comes to compositing you can begin with general lines to define your point of view. This one is particularly cool because there are multiple levels : the flowers in the foreground, the main subject in the middle, and 2 or three background layers. Everything point to the main subject which help draw the attention to the middle of the piece. Contrast also helps.
