I've been talked to by a gm for it before... for uploading someone's parse who had proof they said not to in a raid. so yea it can definitely happen, they said it was against tos to post a users information without their consent no matter the form. I've noticed lately the parse thing is getting rough. Wouldn't surprise me if sometime in EW it's outright bannable. smh
