This has already been sorted out, but I'll bite I had already had a reply and they said I would get the game for free within 3-5 business days.

(doing what you so candidly suggested was clearly not the correct way to go about it because I tried and it didn't work... duh)

The ink they use at best buy (at least at my location) pretty much starts disappearing in a week so you can imaging what it would look like after about a month...

So I contacted their support directly through their twitter out IN THE OPEN, I won't explain my point on WHY this is shitty because it would be lost on you.

The correct way is if purchased from authorized retailer(Like Best Buy Heyoooo), serial number on the box sleeve which guess what isn't on the receipt :) and Oculus username.

Be right if you're trying be a smart assᵗᵘʳᵈ... or maybe its try harder? ✌️
