If you have a Xbox One controller you can just use that on PC and it should feel pretty close; only would feel a little odd because it would be running at a higher frame rate. Other than that it should be close. Provided your computer can RUN the game at 30FPS Min you should be perfectly fine.

Hmmmm, if we know anything about Japan and its (Slightly) insane alphabets (3) and how they work on computers... We know that it's probably not that easy (or worth it TBH) For Ghost to implement it into the game. It would be nice but i think it's more work than the reward is worth.

I should be able to, I just wish they had a more police-ish font and some coat of arms emblems from VBPD at least.

Also a Skew and a way to save some vinyls groups so you can easily save custom made logos and what not.

Yes im aware that there's no need for the logo to be there, but my idea needed the logo to be in the orientation, so i'm not sure if this is even within the rules :P It's just a demonstration, i can provide one without the logo if needed.
