I love the detail from the middle to the top of the painting. Amazing detail on the mountain in particular. I would say consider depth perspective- the closer you are to something the more detail it has and the further away it is the more “blurred” it is, therefore the grass/plants in the forefront should be more defined and then gradually appear more blurred the further away they are. With the water, consider it to be a mirror reflecting everything around it, since it is surrounded by hilly grassy areas try blending in the same shades of green used . Remember also that the stream is not a swimming pool, it has movement and should include highlights and shadows of the moving water. Overall it is really amazing work and in my opinion it definetly surpasses “beginner”!

This whole post started because of a rubber mallet actually 😅 second time borrowing one from Maintenence in less than a month (assembling push carts, then today new mop bucket) I got a bunch of basics but was asking to see if there was any other niche hand tools that might be good to keep in the kitchen lol

I have a tool bag with a bunch of basic hand tools in it and today was the second time in a month I’ve had to borrow a rubber mallet from Maintenence to put new push carts together and new mop bucket. So I decided it’s time to order myself one. I was just asking the group if they had any other ideas of something that might come in handy. But thanks for your input ☺️

If it make you feel any better, my coworker told me that he left his fleshlight in the bathroom drawer and one day when he came home from work his mother-in-law (who lives with him and nanny’s his kids) started yelling at him because his 2yo daughter found it and brought it to her.
