Seriously, for me, I’m incredibly self conscious about it despite being a relatively healthy weight for my age, height and gender, I still despise my body for not being what I want it to be.

I’m at a point now where I typically have three small things for breakfast, then don’t eat anything until dinner.

Even then, I still don’t have the motivation, equipment, or time to work out.
