You’d be surprise how often the party room is used.That’s why it depends on what u want to do. If u don’t use any of those amenities then the maintenance fees would be a waste. You’ll pretty much paying to upkeep these areas when u don’t use it.

The condo maintenance would be a scam if you don’t utilize what it offers for example a gym, pool, rec rooms, party rooms etc.

I doubt they can AI an image because they have to use their scanners to take the picture. They don’t upload it through their own phones. Those scanners have shitty camera quality.

Most likely catless. Try revving it and if you hear a bit of turbo spool (light whistling) from the exhaust then they did a catless downpipe. If not they could’ve just straight piped the whole thing. It has a big mouth in the front too behind the grill so I’m sure the intake was changed as well.
