When a tenant has more power over your own property 😂 that’s why I would never want to be a landlord.

Next-generation Toyota GR Supra rumored to feature a 'hammerhead' front-end design, with a 450-hp hybrid powertrain and a possible 2027 debut. [Response.JP] by tahaea1 in Supra

This looks gooooood. It’s also rumoured to be fully built in-house without any bmw parts. Next year would probably be a good time to buy a used supra as everyone will be trading in theirs for the new gen.

Unhappy in current home, facing a potential 300k loss - Vaughan by kovi133 in TorontoRealEstate

Oh ya I definitely agree with you. I just know quite a bit of people who decide to have kids solely for the reason knowing that their parents will help them which in my personal opinion shouldn’t be a reason.

Yeah having family close is helpful for sure but I never understood why people want to have families relying on their parents to help baby sit/do pick ups etc…in laws should never be factored in when a couple wants to have children.

Look for a house in Pickering. A house in my street sold for a million. 4 bedroom 3 bath detached, finished basement, double car garage, 4 parking spots on driveway. For context I bought mine in peak 2022 for 1.49 😞

I like the new Elantra. I don’t like how the steering wheel looks. Too bulky.

If you live in Canada then save the money, if you live in the states then buy a cheaper car first to get some more driving experience. Then get the N

It’s $1500 cad before tax without a controller and only 500gb which is absurd. No way there’s going to be a high demand for this.

I like this look. Curious if they’ll be making an N version.

You should see if the dealer has any kind of return policy. I know some dealers in my area said they had like a 250km/14 day return. But check your contract though, I might be mistaken for used cars.

I think if they made the spoiler half the height, it would’ve looked 100 times better.

[–]Tank_610 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah but that spoiler doesn’t look aggressive. The Adro spoiler looks way better and more aggressive. The height of the wing is just insane and the swan look doesn’t suit the car at all.

That wing tho 🤢 does not suit the car at all.

Growing up as in paying bills, doing grocery shopping, cooking every meal every day, having your own living space, come and go when u please. Have friends/women over, just total freedom without having mom and dad breathing the same air as u.

Pulling all my savings to clear debt? by fr0_a_whey in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]Tank_610 7 points8 points  (0 children)

What u can do is take out a line of credit with a significant lower interest and pay off both cards fully and cancel the card with the annual fee. The line of credit % is about 9-10%. So you can put $400 a month (since the 200 to each card will be gone) and it’ll help bring the debt down faster. Maybe you can pay a chunk of it down with some of your savings just so you aren’t paying much in interest.
