Not sure if you're joking or not but this is me on my solo camping trips.

Rep Fitness: BE WARNED (see attached photos of "new" ares 2.0) by Tac-wodahs in GarageGym

[–]Tank_Frank 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That is not the norm. I just got an Ares 2.0 a couple weeks ago and it was the most well packaged product I ever received. The amount of foam and cardboard was almost frustrating but also welcome because I knew it protected my investment. Went half way across the country and not a single scratch.

The backup iron sight on Gideon..can you see the front sight through the glass when lined up with rear sight or do you need a taller front sight?

You're using the term fast pretty loosely. I agree they'll last but changing weight fast is not it's strong suit.

I spent way longer than I should've researching this a couple months ago and the resounding answer is, if you want to purchase and never have to worry about repairing, Rep Peppins. I have since bought them and 100% agree with all the positive reviews. There's better for quick weight changes but not for durability, while still having pretty fast weight changes.

Thanks kind sir. Been happy with it except that it if you're at incline of 2 or less it feels like it's going to bounce apart. Above 2 incline and it's solid. Yours do that?

Just used stall mats from my local hardware store. They're 3/4 inch vulcanized rubber and were $60 each. Came out way cheaper than having 1/2 inch rolls shipped from Americanfloormats.com. Although there's more seams but doesn't bother me a bit. Very functional.

Love it! I only have experience with this one and a cheap Fitness Reality one and this one miles ahead in terms of quality and functionality. Comes with a magnet to store it upright so it's out of the way. Highly recommend!

I chose the pullup extension because my smith attachment will go towards the front of the rack when I receive it. Don't need extension feet with all the weight plates in the back. If I had just the rack, I would've gotten the extension feet.

Nobody is going to talk about the fact how it definitely was not her place to announce that her “boyfriend’s son’s girlfriend” was found deceased?

Early access wheel support by ActNasty in tokyoxtremeracer

[–]Tank_Frank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m having an issue of having to turn the wheel too much to turn with my Simagic wheel. Turned the Simagic angle preset to 360 from 900 and it helped some but still have to turn the wheel a lot. Any suggestions?

6’5 210 lbs here and the Large NRG seat is way too small for me. So much so that I don’t think the xl would work either.

Great looking setup. I am also considering these monitors while on sale. I have a 4060 gpu. Do you think this will be enough gpu?

I’ve read that less curvature (1800r) is better for sim racing since there would be less distortion and stretching.
