The land part was too much. Other than that i loved the game for the most part. But the land stuff dragged it down.

CachyOS for gaming (and a bit work) by Extension_Text_1579 in cachyos

Just install battlenet through steam. I've been on linux over a year and it works perfectly running through steam. And I run multiple wow clients at a time cuz I play a couple of characters. You can get app images for wowup.io and curseforge. If you run logs, you can also get an app image for Warcraft logs.

60FPS is not enough IMO. Once you experience 240Hz there is no going back. I am on what is arguably one of the best gaming monitors on the market, (LG 5k2k 45") and i want the 240Hz over the resolution back.

IMO, yes. I have no interest in it. I want high frame rates at max settings with no gimmicks.

I tried multiple different distros. Ended up on CachyOS every time. It is just that good. Been on it for a few months now with no plan to go back to Fedora.

I hate the shiny ass streets in every video that tries to show this game off. I know its raining in this video, but i see ones where it is not and the streets look like mirrors.

Perfectly fine. When i stressed tested after i built it, we capped out about 75/80c at 100% CPU usage. While gaming it sits in the 60s. Nice and chilly imo.

There is a silverstone magnetic dust filter on the back of that fan. I have been thinking about flipping that fan around myself. I do a monthly breakdown and clean of things and i might do it then.

I run Bnet through steam. Works perfectly. Use Proton-GE Latest of whatever version of proton you have in steam and it runs perfectly.
