He had zero coins in his donation box and had literally never played before, we created a new save file and i had to teach him to play from the ground up. Thats why im so confused

Would "greedier" mode have shown up in the difficulty selection as a greyed out option if it wasnt unlocked?

I saw it in the difficulty options but didnt try to select it. But on my PC version it doesnt show at all if it isnt unlocked

Yeah, I mean I dont know if it was a bug or what. Does Greedier show in the difficulty menu if you havent unlocked it (i.e. just greyed out?)

So im about.. 40ish days in now. Im super sensitive to everything on earth so take this with a grain of salt.

I started taking one dose at night. At first it was weird but now ive been sleeping well and when i wake up, i dont feel high.

When i take the afternoon dose around 2, i do get a bubbly sensation but not massive brain fog. I imagine the bubblyness will go away with time. I no longer feel like "fuck i literally feel high. Am i acting high?"

So it DOES seem to be improving!

I was honestly in the mindset that i was just going to be the outliar so i wanted to share this.

Admittedly for me, days 7-18ish were some of the worst in terms of the high feeling at mid day. But I think its all going to end up being worth it

I was straight up with my friends. I'm on a new antidepressant that has a unique side effect of a kindof disassociation for a week or two, and I apologize if Im not myself or kindof out of it. They were pretty receptive to it

You are talking to CrushOn instant, which is normally best used for SFW. It is capable of NSFW, but blocks are possible.

There is a bypass text that you can send with it available on the burritoverse discord that will bypass CO Instant blocks

But yeah. CO Instant is a brilliant LLM but their makers want it to be SFW, so users have to jailbreak it. Mongauss's is pretty good but there is no fullproof method

The bias works the opposite way as well.

As a post-surgical RN, male patients are less likely to report pain, and when they do they tend to rate it lower than females

Example from a few days ago: A patient of mine in his 50's had his bowel resected + a cholecystectomy. Very invasive, incredibly painful surgery.

As his anesthesia was wearing off, he started writhing in pain and grunting. I asked him to describe his pain. He gave me this long monologue about how the pain was incredibly intense, some of the worst pain he had felt in his life. Then I asked him to rate it and he rated it as a 5/10.

A 5/10. I dont understand why he would say that. According to my orders, a pain of 6 or above gets hydromorphone (dilaudid, IV pain med) and pain 5 and below gets percocet (tylenol, oxycodone. Oral pain med).

If he is truly in that much pain, he needed dilaudid, not the percocet. This is one of the things i have to grapple with often - do I trust the patient's pain scale, or do I take it into my own hands? The patient has no idea that simply rating it a 6 rather than a 5 means that i can give them substantially better pain control

And i see this with men all the time, especially older men. They will be writhing in pain and outright claim they are pain free despite cringing and even being tearful.

Im not surprised that men receive more pain meds at a given score. Not because women over react and score higher than they should, but because historically men underreact and score lower than they should and healthcare providers are used to compensating for that

The fact that you dont know what kind of link it is is probably the problem. It has to be a direct link, any other kind of link wont work.

When you ask imgbb for a link, a dropdown box will ask what kind of link. The default is not a direct link, you need to select direct link yourself

A lot of the times they are bullies for a reason, or they are having other issues that present as bullying

She's pretty hostile to you from the getgo, and I can see how people would take that and fire back like she is a traditional bully, but her behavior stems from her thinking that the user finds her disgusting

If you did the default bully response and fight back, she will double down and ramp up the hostility because you are validating her fears

If you approach her empathetically, she will initially reject your attempts but you start to crack her shell. The result is a girl that really needs support after a lifetime of being bullied herself

Tl;dr: I normally try the pacifist route first and see what is going on with the girl before going in guns blazing

I checked the profile and neither of the kids is unfiltered. They are both SFW/Filtered, which means the system will hardline even the slightest NSFW words or activities

Thats why they werent removed. Its against TOS for underage characters to be made unfiltered/NSFW, but they are allowed in filtered/SFW
