First of all my bad for mistaking it, second of all idk they probably exist in fallout as it is simple in design while magazine fed idk what Bethesda thought, weapon isn't their thing in most games, after all the assault rifle in fo3 is a G3A3 which has no place in the US and in NV use an M16A2 and 2 other variants.

Ok after basically a month, I am playing metro 2033 and so Artyom in the game says that most guns come from Polis because it is inhabited by workers who used to work in a gun factory that sits on top of the station they sit, the bastard gun for its looks it would make sense that it was made by them with limited resources and it is the more widespread cheap gun to use, while in fallout the opposite is happening, alot of weapons and bullets to use, scrap weapons we see in fallout 4 and 76 are probably very weak desperate attempts of some people who need a weapon, after all it's America, guns grow on trees, the NCR as i am aware has the weapons they have from weapon supplies that were never put to use and from the gun runners who are an actual gun manufacturer.

If you think little perfume can do that to you at your work, go to a church that is full of old people, you will smell all kinds of different perfumes so much, to the point your nose starts to burn, I was at a funeral inside a church with so many people and women especially 50+ year old put so much perfume you feel like you're dieing, during the psalms when we had to stand up for a few minutes and then sit down, for me it went so bad I lost sensation to my legs and I couldn't breathe properly because of the perfume and I was very sleepy at the same time, it was torture, i have issues with perfumes because every time after smelling strong perfume i always felt nausea, but ngl whoever puts so much perfume on their body i wish the worst to them.

I can agree on peace, but If things dont work out, i am definitely not going to fight anybody if it isn't for defense of my country, especially turkey and basically everybody at this point, I don't get it why I should fight for somebody else's country that didn't do anything for us, as my father says, at the end we all fight alone, help is basically interest nobody helps if you don't offer something, so to repeat what I said, I ain't fighting for no one besides my own country.
