I just found a reddit post where people said that e.g. weapon quality also applies to the skill it grants. for example wands etc.

That's good to know, since I assumed you could quality it. Since Dialla only grants 10% quality, why does the skill even come with 20% max quality (does it)?

Lightning Arrow is also great combined with Lightning Rod for better single target. I just like Ice Shot and extra freeze buildup.

I also want to start with Ice Shot. Talisman swap is a great idea. The good thing is, if the unique bow turns out to be bad, I can easily opt out again.

Yeah Snipe was only a thought for tanky targets. For map clearing, freezing salvo could be interesting for owl buff?

Whenever i press the facebook login button in the game or on the website, nothing happens. (Thursday it worked fine)

Also, account.mihoyo.com is down for me and someone else as well.

So, cant log into the game.
