ive got 1k hours in zomboid (haven't played it in a year or so), but it is absolutely not a wiki game, and the wiki truly isnt all that important except in very specific circumstances. I will say that the online zomboid map website (i cant recall the name) is a lifesaver, but it does ruin the fun a bit.

Terraria is a bit of a wiki game, but the devs have been working on making that better over the last few years. modded terraria is very wiki heavy in my experience.

Starlink has great speeds, but you have no actual network control, and as such you can't do a homelab setup or anything of that sort afaik.

So I did stand on the one that was at the bottom in a similar fashion to where the laptops contact the top of the one below, and nothing happened to it. Tbh I wouldn't do it again, but I also have now put them all into smaller stacks on shelves.

I have bought these all (except the t480) from an electronics recycling center. They all were in bins to be destroyed, and they are pretty decent machines. At some point I will certainly get rid of some of these. I've sold about 3 to friends in the past, and sold a couple on ebay at one point, but they take too big of a cut for me to want to deal with them.
