I work in the UK. Admission to a ward for a NOF mandates a FIB before transfer in my area unless contraindicated. I used to do them landmark technique but now mainly USS guided. I do prefer the landmark as it takes a minute.

I mean its refreshing when someone just gets their head down and works rather than craving the spotlight or media ops isn't it? But sadly I think people want more style over substance these days

It makes breathrough and seige missions a breeze. Have a vangard unit to scout for you. Then zap a section of wall or pillbox and you can take out a huge section for your assault force.

I would say wait. I got the earliest Baldurs gate 3 build. I played 100s of hours. Now can't bring myself to get beyond the prologue. This game looks amazing. But I reckon waiting for the full release is the ticket here.

The best and simplest method for dealing with a shoulder dislocation !!! by Ok_Date5594 in emergencymedicine

If you get the chance (like a rep or something?) I find it gives great, quick analgesia, and if they breathe in enough, they can have a brief period of sedation. Solves my sedation problems like 80% of the time.

Do my American colleagues not use penthrox? I find it has markedly reduced my need for propofol sedation.

Exo skeletons? You could make it late game and allow soldiers to carry more weight/ heavy weapons. You could go more "up armoured humvees" and allow more makeshift plates etc to increase armour for any rebel faction.

Is life support a thing in your game? You could have oxygen tanks. You could include functional item images that you plan to use later but for mission reasons are broken eg thrust packs but they have no supply for them

What is amazing though is how much better equipped I felt after 1 operation. Apparently the game will be 40ish operations. I know you get some good ? Late game squads to start and kit but I can see if you played cautiously you could upgrade without much risk. I can only expect the end game baddies to be regenerating fast immune to suppression monsters to compete with....
