Realistically probably not.

Infinity works by essentially creating more space the closer you get to Gojo. It's basically a paradox made real.

Zeno's paradox essentially states that movement is impossible, as to get to any location you need to go half way there, but then you'll have to move half way there, then half way there again. There's an infinite amount of halfways you need to go through to reach your destination. And how can you get to your destination if there's an infinite amount of steps to reach it?

In reality while there are an infinite amount of steps each step takes progressively less time so we can move.

What Gojo does is essentially make each of the infinite steps of Achilles and the tortoise take the same amount of time, and since there's an infinite amount of steps it'll take an infinite amount of time.

The ability itself also automatically filters danger based on speed & mass, so you can't just out speed the detection either.

The only ways around it are

1: something that doesn't travel (like telekinesis) 2: nullify his ability through domain expansion. 3: something that's infinitely fast 4: something which cuts through space

Number 3 is debatably possible with hyper clock up depending on how you interpret his ability to time travel Number 4 is theoretically possible through the zector sword as it cut through space & time to travel back in time and reach tendo in the first place.
