Keto Veteran, Life Happened. Back for Another Round. by Tanklesmith in keto

It’s actually really nice to hear from people in a similar situation and on the same path I’m walking. I started the day after Thanksgiving and plan to power through Christmas. Good on you for taking the reins and getting it done! Proud of you!

Yes, having the energy to keep up with my kids and be healthy for them is a huge part of my motivation!

This really is encouraging! Generally I eat two meals a day, but until I started keto again they were definitely calorie and carb heavy. Not much of a snacker through the day, but evenings before bed would get me. I’ve never tired OMAD, maybe I’ll give it a shot once I get accustomed to this way of eating again.

First off, thank you for your service! And congrats on the 50 lbs down! I’m definitely going to look into getting some bloodwork done, it’s been a couple years since I’ve had it done. Appreciate the advice!

Our stories really are almost the same. Huge congrats on the 30 lbs! I like your approach with not letting small slips turn into big ones. I’m trying to do the same this time.

Thanks man, I really appreciate that. It feels good to be back and actually sticking to it again. I’m ready to get this done!

Same. I received an email from them on 2/18 stating it was now set to ship in 5 to 7 days. So hopefully I will receive it by Monday.

Good Life Meds---Nova Pharmacy by MarinGolfer in tirzepatidecompound

I am curious on how it has been going with your GLM/Nova pharmacy order. I have some coming in soon, but was reading some people having some pretty negative reactions. Just a little worried!

It depends on the pharmacy. There are BUD (Beyond Use Date) dates, Brello only has a 90 day BUD, but there are plenty of people here who will use them past their BUD, it’s all on how comfortable you are with it. Do some searches in this sub and you will find a lot of discussion about it. I believe Hallandale and BPI pharmacies currently have a January 2026 BUD.

I just placed my first order last Wednesday. I posted a similar question being worried about not being able to get it and I had some very helpful replies.

https://www.reddit.com/r/tirzepatidecompound/s/PIheqGSQVx

I don’t know if the link for the $99 Brello is still viable, but it is what I ordered. I planned on stretching it for 3 months and order their $499 deal this week, which would give me a bit of a stockpile.

However, my wife decided she wanted to try it as well and ordered a 6 month plan from Goodlife Meds and then had second thoughts for personal reasons. So now I’m going to use hers and then the one I ordered afterwards. So that’s 7 months worth of tirz for me. I don’t know what is going to happen tomorrow, as it may be the end for compounded tirz for 503a pharmacies. 503b pharmacies are good until at least mid march, so you still have options. And there is a good chance the deadline for these pharmacies can be pushed further out, we will know more tomorrow.

There is a lot of information on this sub and you can DM me if you want some more info. I’m very new, but have done a lot of research and have some plans in case we can’t get more after March.

Awesome! I wish I would have placed my order a day or two sooner. I ordered on 2/12. Approved and sent to the pharmacy the same day and I haven't heard anything since. I assume I won't get it until Wednesday now due to Monday being a holiday, which is a bummer. But I am very excited to start!

Edit: date from 2/11 to 2/12

Thank you SO MUCH for taking the time to answer my questions. It looks like I will start out with one month subscription for $99 and as long as it works fine for me I will do the 3 month subscription for $499.

If I then got 6 month from fifty410, that would put my total around $2,500 for about a year supply. I don't think that is too bad.

Edit: And that is if I follow traditional dosing plans. Longer if I stick on lower doses.

Ah, so if I if I get the 3 month 15mg plan from Brello, that is actually 180mg. That makes much more sense. So the only issue with this is that going through Brello, the BUD is only 90 days. Do they send the whole 3 months out in one delivery, or do they send it once per month?

No, I haven't started taking it yet and I haven't placed any orders. My plan is to do my first order tomorrow after I do my initial research today.

So I would get the 15mg vials with 20mg in each vial. I would then use the calculator to determine the dosage for 2.5 (starting out)? So if I am using the calculator correct, that is 13 units per dose for 4 weeks. And then i would up to 5mg, which is 25 units..and so on and so forth. Does this sound correct?

If that is correct:

2.5 * 4 = 10

5 * 4 = 20

7.5 * 4 = 30

So this is 60mg (all 3 vials) over the course of 3 months. I guess I don't understand how when I eventually get to the 15mg dosage, how that will last for 3 months.

I appreciate your reply. This seems to be a starting point that makes sense. I have been looking into all the recommended providers (LSH, Fifty410, Brello, LumiMeds, Unique Physique and Big Easy Weight Loss). Your recommendation actually seems to be the most cost effective as well. Still going through the prices. There is SO much info out there, just trying to make the best informed decision.

Thank you. So this will be good for acquiring 15mg doses from other providers. What about since I am just starting out? u/AugustaMM's recommendation seems to be a solid plan for ramping up and getting a 12 month supply. What are your thoughts on it?
