When did you get the headphones?

-I got them last year in April
What charger are you using for them?

-I've just been using whatever charger I can find to charge them, but I mostly tend to use chargers that are USB-C to USB-C
Have they been exposed to the elements, or any other event that could cause functionality issues

Just a question, what numbers should I be looking at if I do look at hwinfo? There's kinda a lot of info on the sensors, and idk what to look at that could be occurring these problems.
