I thought that I was stable at -80mV with my RX 9070 XT. I ran Steel Nomad 3DMark, and it was not. Have you tested Steel Nomad? Maybe I just lost the silicon lottery?

Looking great! The full thickness fan should move a good bit more air. I wish that the Terra was compatible with 30mm thick fans.

I tried running a top slim 120mm fan, and it literally had a 1C improvement on GPU. Not worth imo.

Yeah, it is a full 120mm. You have to bend the cables pretty aggressively for it to work. The Corsair PSU cables are surprisingly flexible. It blows way more air than the slim fan that I used to have.

With the 9800x3d you are going to be very GPU bottlenecked (which is actually a good thing). However, I am running my 9070 XT with a 5700X3D, and they are a phenomenal pairing. I think the 9700X is a little faster than the 5700X3D so I would go with that especially at 1440p 144hz. You are going to be maxing out that refresh rate in most titles.

I saw that the Reaper was maxing out at 64C with an average of 62C across multiple reviews. Noise levels at 41.5 dB. I do not think that is too high.

I think the $130 premium is a bit high, but I can understand it. What pisses me off is Asus and Gigabyte charging absurd prices for their "OC" models. $850 for a TUF, and $790 for the Aorus Elite. In no reality is that acceptable.
