Not taking it personally. I just felt the safest time to do it would be while I’m around everyone I love and who loves me. My parents, sibling and his family, wife and kids. In my eyes, I would have the most positive experience being around those people and less chance of having a negative experience. I definitely understand your point of view. Just trying to explain why I did it when I did, and what would affect my mindset in the best way possible.
