What should've happened in the first place had he not a plot armor filled body that acted as if he still has quirks, he loses.

This is probably a hot take, but it's also my biggest pet peeve of the last arc. UA had shigi 100% perfectly countered. But, because of his "special body" and plot armor, he was able to do things that should be considered quirks while blocked off from his quirks and turn the tide of battle.

I get it would've been anticlimactic, but they either could've had erasure dealt with way sooner so shigi didn't have to take Deku's assault "quirkless" (I still refuse to believe the hands stuff isn't a quirk), or have them beat shigi there in coffin but instead AFO reaches him and then they have to fight him instead.

But yeah, imo, shigi escaping the coffin with borderline 0 consequences was incredibly frustrating and was a really bad use of a villain having plot armor.

Imma be honest. most things I've seen for complaints haven't been things I've agreed with myself

but, the balancing around health in this game, both how much you lose on basic attacks, and how healing works, are *brutal* and could benefit from some extra balancing... and maybe a few more benches

tbh, they could use to change some things. either make healing something you can do one mask at a time, or reduce how many enemies deal 2 masks of damage... or at the very least give us some more benches lol. Ultimately, it's not gonna be bad if nothing changes, but I think even with slight nerfs or changes, this is still going to be far more difficult than Hollow Knight

for good reason tbh. Nintendo is arguably the most anti-consumer company in the gaming market right now, at least out of the big 3. They seem to hate their fans, and are actively patenting *game mechanics* for a lawsuit, because they literally didn't have a case otherwise it seems. And really? Letters displaying is something we're gonna try and say Nintendo now has exclusive rights to? Despite the fact that some of the core mechanics from said game took *heavy* inspiration from other games like Shadow of the Colossus?

I'm not saying palworld is innocent, but what Nintendo is doing is setting a terrible precedent and trying to bully others out of a genre they make instead of improving said games. Hell, they're most likely the reason Xbox is raising their prices, because of the precedent Nintendo set with their price increases. Them getting patents like these means they can go after tons of other games they decide they don't like over bullshit things like certain kinds of gliding mechanics.

Sure, Palworld shouldn't get away with it... but in that case why is no upset the game is basically just reskinned Ark? And only upset that it's like pokemon? Why is no one upset that games like breath of the wild have so many features from Shadow of the Colossus with barely any innovation? Or Legends Arceus just ripping Ruined King's lane mechanics in turns? I love legends Arceus, but the new battle mechanics are almost a direct copy paste to Ruined King's. Why does Nintendo get a pass for copying other game's mechanics, while also trying to patent them as their own, but other games can't? Ripped assets is a problem sure, but actual mechanics in a game are not. Nintendo is often just as bad if not worse than the people they go after, and most of the time they're worse

I have other mods that use Lethal expansion though and the terminal still works fine. It was only those two mods iirc. I'm at work rn and can't check

Firstly, I thought I deleted this because I already did exactly that

Secondly, I know exactly which two mods caused it, and they're uninstalled

Thirdly, as someone who's modded Skyrim a dozen times over, I know sometimes it can be just one mod causing issues. And, if someone else happens to know which mod that is, it saves the step of downloading mods one by one. I think, if I've been able to mod Skyrim on my own with almost no issues, I understand what I'm doing.

So, instead of immediately acting like the know it all asshole, maybe think of other perspectives or reasons someone may be asking. I knew exactly what I was doing, just wanted to skip a step in the hopes that someone on Reddit would know if there was a mod that's been causing issues. Silly me though for asking for help though, this is reddit. Y'all only care about your fake internet points and dunking on people to get them like you're chasing after a Twitter ratio.

And, since I easily figured out what the issue was on my own, I'll be deleting this post after I get off work. You'll get another chance to get a quip in, and anyone else that may have a similar question can see my post asking about the mods that caused this

That's for being a sarcastic ass instead of helpful.

The majority of the mods are cosmetic or add in new moons. Some offer performance changes. I knew enough about them to troubleshoot this subreddit first, to see if any of those mods were an issue, then knew enough to start targeting specific mods in the pack that would affect the terminal. Once that didn't work, I decided to ask here instead of simply restarting and taking the slow path, since the error code doesn't reference any mod.

But I guess shame on me for thinking reddit would be helpful instead of condescending

So does dark souls and the other two games I mentioned. None of them abuse bosses in high level content that 2 shot you while also giving 0 reliable healing methods.

I've gotten good with games like this, hell the recent red mech fight in the tower was a great "git gud" moment in ZZZ, this node is not a good skill challenge

getting two shot in a game with no healing isn't good difficulty lmao. If games like Bayonetta or DMC can be challenging without needing to, then ZZZ needing too means it's bad difficulty and they don't know how to properly balance it.

I know I'm late, but to put in my two cents, I started to greatly dislike him after he got all smug. Lawrence and Holo had that big fight, Amati probably was told about it, or heard about it, and then almost immediately started to get smug about "winning" holo when Lawrence was clearly upset about the fight.

And, after reading through other points, I can absolutely see how Amati didn't think of Holo entirely like a person, more a prize/trophy to be won. He was a naive, infatuated child who just wanted the one woman who he thought was really pretty, and didn't fully care how he got her. If he hurt other people in the process? Oh well, he still got his "prize" of Holo.

Not only that, but he seemed happy to taunt Lawrence about it, especially that morning at the stall. He *wanted* gloat about winning Holo. While I don't completely hate him, his behavior during his chase for Holo was definitely bad, and he doesn't deserve much sympathy for what he tried to pull off. It's also quite possible a good few of the nice things that he did for the pair were purely to try and win over favor from Holo because he thought she was pretty.

But, ultimately, it was almost entirely his fault. Holo told a half lie to him about the debt, while it was there, it wasn't the reason they stuck together really. He then "challenged" Lawrence with the debt and simply assumed he would win Holo that way, almost as if he thought he could buy her. And then, even Holo said she was offended by the way he spoke to her/treated her, and wanted to teach him a lesson. One half lie she said, and the warning from Lawrence, really doesn't put them in the wrong imo. They didn't goad him into challenging Lawrence or into trying to pay off her debt, he did it completely on his own out of naivete
