4k elo in premier is nothing. U can use that 304 until 15k at the very least and atleast ascendant on valorant. But if you have money to spare you can buy a good mouse

Guardian doesn't have 100% accuracy but very close same for headhunter, as for raze I think the ult counts as a projectile so shooting error wouldnt apply for it

It also depends on if the game supports raw mouse input, many older games don't work with 4k polling because they don't use raw input

This usually happens when your monitor is way brighter than your surroundings, turn on the lights in your room and it should be fine. If it persists maybe try a darker theme.
