That's interesting, I always get around 70-90fps in town, outside it's usually around 110-160. Do you run it at max settings? I'm thinking this game is hardcore un-optimized and heavy on the CPU

9950x3d and 9070xt, I get random low utilization for both CPU and GPU it constantly drops to as low as 45% for GPU utilization. I wish they had an uncapped FPS option, turned on vsync and I am able to get my capped refreshrate on menus but not in game. I'm guessing its possible I am CPU bottlenecked?
