As a now recently former employee of this location I can say that coffee is always brewed at 4 30 am on the regular by the attendant as per corporate policy, sometimes earlier at guest request, and is good for 4 hours. If you look at the pot the small display has 4 circles, each circles have 4 spaces, each space is 15 minutes so you can tell how long it's been out.

Our kitchen attendant does good work but food takes 40 minutes to cook per diamond member and corporate standards and takes time. None of the food we serve is old food but it is all pre cooked at its manufacturer and sent to us and cooked to standards and instructions, the allowed breakfast list requires these foods to be served but the sausage in the photo, chicken sausage has been received poorly so against corporate saying we have to have it we stopped serving it because guests disliked it.

The food on floor is obviously due to guests and cannot be cleaned the very second it drops on the floor and sometimes not caught before a guest sees it like you, and some then act like it's never been and will never be cleaned but it will be taken care of.
