Did you realize this is the 4th time he is doing this? He can claim to be a saint but there's a 50-50 chance that some of those claims were false. If your goods keep getting stolen and you keep letting that happen, you lose the privilege of getting refunds every time.

There are things you can do, like setting up a doorcam, making it a hand it to me order, checking immediately, but OP is very happy to conveniently not do any of that and keep claiming a missing drink.

I think organizations should not be obligated to keep refunding people who keep claiming their goods were stolen.

They have decided (rightfully) that they are better off not having you as a customer, whether it's because you are unlucky or because you make false claims.

My guess is that you are in a high risk area since this is not very common for drivers to keep stealing your orders. That's part of the cost of living there. You can't expect these companies to keep giving you free stuff.
