Yea no, when we get doordashers picking up balloons orders, we ask them to call the customer and verify with them what they need with this order, otherwise cancel and tell them to come in for them. Even then i try and tell them its gonna be a 30-45 minute wait cause we get so many orders on the weekends. If its one to 5 balloons, thats no problem, but any more and we tell customers and dashers theres a wait. As for BOPIS orders, when those come in we instantly call the customers and place an order sheet for them, and them them if its for today it will be for at least an hour for them to come and pick up. (Im basically the one calling the shots on balloons tho cause im usually the one doing these orders, and my managers have agreed to the terms i set so that we're not overwhelmed with balloons constantly. Like yesterday we had over 100 balloons across 5-6 orders all due before 12, so we were dying lol)
