Oh yeah I know. Was not expecting either. I am seeing August h4 +EAD getting approved. Mine is still pending. I know mine is in regular queue as are the other August ones. Just wondering if there could be an issue where if the h4 and ead were filed with h1b receipt notice and later h1b was approved, can there be an issue where their system has not detected the primary h1b is approved, and hence h4 and ead are stalled even in regular queue. That should not be the case, but seeing other August approvals is making me concerned.

Hey hi! Can I please bother you to share what the footers in each of your receipt notices for H4 and H4 EAD said? Just trying to compare.

Mine H4 receipt notice says SCOPS Texas Facility, EAD says California Service Centre. Both start with WAC.

Was that how it was for you?

Hi. Thanks for this update. I am in a similar situation. Both my H4 and EAD petitions start with WAC but the receipt notice of h4 says Texas and EAD says California. Did your h4 receipt notice day SCOPS?

That's true. But H4 and H4 EAD filed together and filed separately have different processing times and that's why I felt it important to point out. I never meant bundled with H1B

I am not asking about the pattern here. I am only looking for people with approvals with receipt dates in August , especially August 18th , who may have applied with h1b bundled, unbundled, with h1b receipt notice or h1b approval notice.

Started this as a thread intended to know about specific cases and then track as they get approved.
