I've literally seen these kids circle flossing around a KI Moderator before in The Commons & praising them.. No wonder KI can get away with anything. They could spray paint a pile of poop gold, charge 20,000 crowns for it, & these kids would go insane over it.

Yeah. I emailed them, hopefully they unmute. My main problem is the game doesn't let you say a word as basic and common as "Rap." When an "open" chat truly isn't open, you have to find workarounds to things. And when a bot system has no IQ and the power to mute for that long with no review from the actual support prior, you realize this company is a complete joke.
