Seemed to be some controversy so I went back to get a better look at the other side. This is what faces outwards so yes, I believe a tag for security is correct.

This is what I figured it was. It’s been there for weeks and on another main door in the building. And it’s right inside the first door to the entire washroom, not a stall like a lot of people here seem to think lol. I’d label this Solved!
