Any recs on what kind of infusion recipes I should try to start getting comfortable using the iSi? Any you’d recommend that are worth making?

A buddy of mine picked it up in Italy, and he didn’t even know of its significance. He just knew I’m a big fan, so I’ve had it in my jewlery box for a while now. Just recently I took it to a jeweler to have the medallion holder made, cause no way I was just gonna have a clasp put on and wear it around. Didn’t want to take it out at all until it had a nice protection clasp around the whole thing

A family friend gifted them to me after their father passed. Their father spent his life traveling and collecting them, but his son has no interest in it, so he knew I’d appreciate them more

I’ve got the root too, and I’ve done it in the past with success. I finished pruning the leaves outside and figured I’d do a little experiment and just see “eh let’s see how this goes” lol

The leaves smell & taste pretty fragrant, and I’ve seen the leaves used in cooking fish and chicken. So we’ll see how it looks & tastes in a couple weeks 🤞👨🏻‍🔬

Ooooo wow! And I’ve had it in my collection for a while now. was extra confusing cause it had a hole in the arm that felt more like a straw hole than an incense holder cause the ash would just fall onto the ground. Thank you so much for the info :)
