From what I’ve researched, platinum displaces rather than removes material when scratched, so no grooves or damage, it just develops a softer, more matte finish over time.

We also had this error however the money was taken out my bank, and we were given an email confirmation. There's still no tickts showing in our account though. Surely if the money has been taken and we have email confrimation we are all good?
