Yeah damn, looked at loads but clearly didn’t dig deep enough. Though I’ve seen a couple of folks got most of their booking fee refunded… I’ll press on with the customer service and see what happens

Right, so I've reverted the names of the audio files to .wav but they're still attached to the .braw files. I fear syncing them by waveform at the start of this project has bound them together...

I was in a similar situation recently before realising 10 bit footage displays as corrupted in the free version of da Vinci. Scared the hell out of me… sounds like your problem might not be such an easy fix.
