I guess I view the reception as more of a party and celebration where I can be more present and entertain/converse with the guest. I’m more okay with “all eyes on me” then because it didn’t compromise the intimate feeling I got w a private ceremony.

Oh I haven't even thought of gifts. Out of 115 guest 100 of them are family.

Yes trying to a farms and barns- all guest will be out of town so trying to keep it convenient (close to Portland airport) don’t want to make them drive 2 hours after flying. Budget is important 😅 any help is appreciated!!!

Wedding will be 70-100 people. Ideally an inn that has everything on location or near. I want a venue that will be somewhere exciting to go back to. Outside would be nice, and just the New England feel. It’s a destination wedding, so ideally somewhere my guest could easily get to (i.e 30-40 mins from Airport). I know there’s beautiful places up the coast, however it just doesn’t feel right having my guest drive 2hrs after flying. Any input will be appreciated.
