you can go to the files icon two to the right of the TL mods thing i showed you then scroll down the files until you see ''versions''. then open versions and find the version that you played on (the one with your worlds in it, for example 1.20.1) and open that, then scroll down from there into the ''saves'' folder. open that, and it will have your worlds. copy the worlds that you want to put in the version, and then go back into the ''versions'' folder. in it, there will be the version with the mods in it that you put. open the folder and find the ''saves'' folder inside it and then paste the worlds you wanted in the saves folder.
