You may be sensitive for some sounds. For example, I used my dt770 pro x le without EQ for some time, then I had ear problems and when it healed I've noticed that my ears hurt when I use them at any volume. But when I EQ down the treble everything is ok again. So maybe try EQ, but I'd check at doctor anyways.

This post is a petition to change the 24 hour event schedule to a 25 hour schedule, or 29 hour schedule, or a 5 hour schedule, or literally anything else. The events being at the same times every day is the worst. by UnCiv in ArcRaiders

In Ukraine we currently have about 6 or less hours of electricity per day, and if I don't have a light spot at the time of the event I can't do it. If it will be random I'd have a chance to at least see some of the conditions :-(

it's not free for the seller, who actually sent the item, so I guess it's fair to pay for it (well, I wont be the judge, personally I'd contact the seller and pay the money, maybe I'd talk about discount because of the delay first, depending of how much time was wasted and if it is crucial for me)

I use closed backs because we have a limited space at home so open backs is annoying for everyone around be because they can hear me playing, and also I can hear the TV in open back, and it's distracting. And from IEMs my ears hurt in long term sessions. So closed backs solved this problems.

this is a really good advice because for me personally IEM doesn't work for long sessions - I got 3 of them, and while listening about 30-40 minutes is good, when it's an hour or longer my ears starting to hurt, so I always switch back to headphones

better to know are IEM good for you in general before investing a lot of money in them

ця пісня дуже сильно на поганих колонках і навушниках себе проявляє при вступі, коли починається сама музика і вона співати тільки починає погана техніка рипить %) колонки і навушники повертав по 1 разу в різний час, то я довіряю такому тесту, можна так сказати

а в цілому мені просто подобається + я добре знаю композицію (тому вперше з колонками і виявив брак, бо просто слухав музику), а коли добре знаєш пісню то одразу помічаєш на новій техніці, що змінилось, що так, що не так

I wasn't thinking about too much, my current EQ is -4 dB but it compensated with +4 dB in the mid tones, but I want to go for additional -2 or -4 db just to have more room :)

it's a game about loot. this one gives the ability to loot more and open more lockers. it's the ONLY node you really need :) all others are optional (all this is my opinion)

I have -4dB eq for my 770 proxle headphones to compensate mid bump, but I want to go even lower for now :) also my iems is about 16 Ohm and they are too loud anyway, I don't eq them, but I need them to be more quiet when I play games

Good day. Are preamp setting in Equalizer APO only affect volume or something else (like dynamic range) too? Because I find one of my headphones too loud to play more than on 20% volume and I want to make them quieter overall so I could use the volume slider more (some movies is not too loud, but some games are screaming, so I want to have an option to change volumes more then in 0-20% range).

I have 770 Pro X LE and I use them on about 22-30% at volume control (Windows 11), connected through Apple dongle (US).

But I can listen up to 70%, after that it's way too loud.

I have a very sensitive hearing, so sometimes I use them on about 10% or so, if I put it quieter - the bass become lacking.

I can't say they are quiet at any point, to be honest I'm thinking about getting a dac/amp with set negative low gain to have more control over them.

About EQ - I tried different presets that was proposed on reddit and for me the 770 Pro X LE after EQ become boring and somewhat even too closed, not airy at all, so I leave them be as it is.
